We seek a highly experienced and skilled Executive Protection Program Leader to design and lead our program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our senior leaders during travel, meetings, and external events. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in executive protection, risk assessment, and team leadership. You will join a team of innovative, experienced individuals who are passionate about their work.Work you'll doAs Deloitte's Executive Protection Program leader, you will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our senior leaders and organizational assets. You will also conduct risk assessments, coordinate with security agencies, and lead crisis management efforts to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our leaders and operations.We seek candidates with extensive experience in executive protection or security management, strong analytical and risk assessment skills, excellent coordination and communication abilities, relevant security certifications, and high integrity and professionalism.In this role, you will:

Develop, implement, and manage the Executive Protection Program to ensure the safety and security of senior leaders

Develop and maintain close relationships with senior leaders' support teams

Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis for travel, meetings, and events

Plan and coordinate security measures for domestic and international travel

Lead and manage a team of 2-4 Executive Protection Specialists, as well as teams of security consultants providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Establish and maintain strong relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement, security agencies, and other relevant organizations

Develop and maintain emergency response plans and protocols

Monitor and analyze security trends and intelligence to proactively address potential threats

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Prepare and present security briefings and reports to senior management

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess:

Ability to develop and implement effective security plans and protocols

Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, especially in dealing with senior leadership

An executive presence

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a small and growing team

Ability to work outside normal business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, etc.

Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion as it relates to sensitive matters

Maintain a professional demeanor and business-like appearance

Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

QualificationsRequired:

US Citizenship required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred:

Prior experience in corporate security

Prior experience in leading and managing teams

Prior experience knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and threat analysis

Prior experience using investigative databases

Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Personal Protection Specialist (PPS)

Maintain and adjust staff schedules to compliment practice provider schedules. Responsible for processing all new patients into the practice, maintaining contact and acting as the patient’s primary resource and contact as they are brought into the practice. Assists the Office and/or Practice Manager in developing and maintaining departmental budgets. High school diploma Associate/Bachelor’s Degree and/or appropriate certification preferred.
